How's life in Lebanon?
Lebanon’s economy used to perform well in terms of tourism and finance. However, due to the political instability, terrorism and chaos in Syria, this led to the fall of its economy. The civil war in Syria has a massive impact on Lebanon’s economic growth. In terms of trade, experts said that it is vital for the economy of Lebanon as both imports and exports account to 122 percent of its GDP. However, in order for the country to achieve real growth, it has yet to address the prevalent corruption in the government.
